Government of Gujarat has entrusted Gujarat Technological University to
take GCET exam (Entrance Test for MBA & MCA Course) for the academic
year 2010-11. Submission of forms will be online from 27th May. Link for
filling online application form will be made available soon on GTU website :
www.gtu.ac.in. This year also GCET will be computer based test and this
year student will have a choice of appearing twice in the test. Tests will be
taken at about 20 test centres across the state, during 28th June to 1st July
& 5th July to 8th July 2010. Best of two overall scores will be considered for
the merit. Test duration will be of 80 minutes and there will be 100 multiple
choice questions with negative marking for wrong answers. A typical
question set will be of analytical and logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude,
English language skills and GK etc. There will be test of 96 minutes for
students appearing for MBA & MCA both with 120 multiple choice
questions.
